Here is a polished and engaging English translation of your post! The message is fantastic for encouraging structured self-reflection and mental clarity in your audience.

Have you ever heard of the Wheel of Life?

If someone had asked me to draw my Wheel of Life a few years ago, it would have looked pretty... funny šŸ˜…. "Career & Learning" might have been at a 9, but "Health" and "Relationships" would have slumped to a 4. At the end of 2024, I truly sat down to "audit" my life using this tool, and it gave me a comprehensive picture of how I define the meaningful life I desire.

That imbalance didn't just affect my happiness; it actually dragged down my performance in the exact areas I was pouring all my energy into.

Thanks to that newfound mental clarity, I began to slow down and act with intention: šŸŽÆ Prioritizing sleep and exercise. šŸŽÆ Making time for quality relationships. šŸŽÆ Learning to say "no" to protect my energy.

Many people, when using the Wheel of Life for the first time, set a goal to turn it into a perfect circle, scoring a 10 in every category. But I believe that is a trap ā€¼ļø Chasing perfection in all areas simultaneously is not only unrealistic, but it can also lead to overwhelming stress and a greater sense of failure.

So, what is the true value of the Wheel of Life?

1ļøāƒ£ It is a tool for awareness, not judgment:Ā Its purpose is to give you clarity about your current reality and where you are investing your energy. 2ļøāƒ£ It emphasizes the value of life's "seasons":Ā Our lives operate in seasons. There is a "season" when we need intense focus on our career. There is a "season" where family is the absolute priority. Having one aspect score higher than others during a specific phase is completely normal and healthy. 3ļøāƒ£ It promotes intentional choices:Ā Instead of hopelessly trying to drag everything up to a 10, the Wheel of Life helps you answer the question: "In this phase/quarter/year, improving 1-2 points in which area will create the biggest positive impact on my life as a whole?"

Don't chase an illusionary, perfect circle. Instead, use the Wheel of Life as a compass to navigate your life wisely and intentionally.

Instead of aiming for a 10 everywhere, which area are you proactively prioritizing in this "season" of your life?

I'm not selling courses, I'm not in multi-level marketing, and I'm not putting up a front for fame. I'm simply sharing the practical insights I've discovered and practiced to give back and connect through shared value in the "Wander & Wonder"Ā series. It's a series about my own journey: from the days of "wandering" through uncertainty at career crossroads, to the "wonder" moments—when I finally dared to ask questions and seek the answers to my own deepest struggles.

So, for #3 of the #WandernWonder series, I am sharing my personal reflection questions for you to reference and ponder whenever you need to.

If you find value in this, please interact and share (with credit).
